To emphasize the culinary approach that drives the company, Pocono adopted the philosophy – We move the food that moves people. With certified chefs and beverage specialists on staff and fully-equipped test kitchen at their disposal, Pocono’s culinary department broadened to include a unique Culinary Assistant Program to help customers with menu development as well as product education, chef demonstrations and trainings.
