Note: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to homes. Orders must be picked up, see hours on the right for will call same day hours.

Yes, we regularly serve multi-location restaurants and we work with entreprenuers who own several different businesses. In fact, each location will get it's own account, with web ordering and delivery tracking capabilities.

Once you are a customer, you will gain access to web ordering. You will be issued a username (your account number) and a password. Your sales rep may set up an order guide for you. There is a video tutorial on the web ordeirng page on how to place orders.
Once your have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to any email addresses you want associated with the account. You can also recieve invoices to any emails you have associated with the account.

We work with you to find the ideal time for your delivery. Currently, we deliver Monday through Saturday. You can request delivery days and we will work with our transportation department to figure out the best schedule. For local customers, we offer local same day delivery as an option if orders are placed by 11 a.m.

For all perishable items (Fresh Produce, Seafood, Fresh Protein [Meat & Poultry], Dairy and Special Orders) any claims of shortage, quality or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for credit be issued.
All other items, 10 business days.

Please note the following information, which can all be found on the PPF sticker on the product in question.
1. Is the product in its original container?
2. Has any damage occurred to the product?
3. Record the following information from the package label:
a) Brand
b) Account Number and Name
c) Order Number
d) Ship Date
e) Product Number
4. Is the product being returned on a Pocono ProFoods truck?

Quality Issues should be accompanied by pictures of the product in the original case with our PPF sticker adhered to it.
